Request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject “AlgoVertise data deletion request.” Include the account email, business name, and website used in AlgoVertise. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive customer data.
Verification and timing
We may verify your identity, your authority to act for the business, and the records involved. We will respond within the period required by applicable law or, when no specific period applies, within a commercially reasonable time. Records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or transaction records.
Disconnect an advertising platform
Use Disconnect in the applicable AlgoVertise business to delete that business's stored connection and stop future access through it. If the same platform sign-in is used for multiple businesses, disconnect each one. You may also revoke AlgoVertise access globally from the platform's security or integrations settings; that may stop every AlgoVertise business using the same authorization. Platform revocation does not automatically delete records lawfully retained in AlgoVertise, so submit the request above for a complete review.
