1. Who operates AlgoVertise
AlgoVertise is operated by Technology Tailors, Inc., 21 Goodway Drive, Rochester, NY 14623. In this policy, “AlgoVertise,” “Technology Tailors,” “we,” and “us” refer to Technology Tailors, Inc. in connection with this product.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Access-application information: name, work email, optional phone number, company, role, website, commercial ranges, advertising channels, analytics and revenue systems, operating constraints, and information you choose to provide.
- Site and attribution information: visited pages, referring page, campaign parameters, click identifiers, device and browser details, coarse location derived by a provider, and interaction events when analytics is configured.
- Operational communications: messages and records created when you contact us or participate in an access review.
Do not submit passwords, advertising credentials, sensitive personal data, consumer lists, payment-card data, health information, or regulated customer records through the public application.
3. How we use information
- Review whether an organization is suitable for operating access.
- Respond to applications and manage follow-up.
- Understand public-site performance and acquisition sources.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Application answers and free-text responses are not sent to behavioral analytics as event properties.
4. Analytics and privacy signals
When configured, we use PostHog for first-party product analytics and masked session replay on public informational pages. Replay is disabled throughout the access application, and application field values are not sent as analytics properties. We do not initialize analytics when the browser presents Global Privacy Control or an enabled Do Not Track signal. You may also change analytics for this browser below.
5. Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We may provide limited information to infrastructure, analytics, security, and communication service providers that process it for us; to professional advisers; during a corporate transaction; or when required by law. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
6. Advertising account connections
The public application does not connect advertising accounts. If an organization is accepted, provider access, requested scopes, data flows, retention, and controls are documented separately. You can revoke provider access through the provider and may request deletion under our data-deletion process.
7. Retention and security
We retain access applications for as long as reasonably needed to review, communicate, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. U.S. privacy rights
Depending on your state and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information and to appeal certain decisions. We may need to verify your identity and authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
