1. Who operates AlgoVertise
AlgoVertise is operated by Technology Tailors, Inc., 21 Goodway Drive, Rochester, NY 14623. “AlgoVertise,” “Technology Tailors,” “we,” and “us” refer to Technology Tailors, Inc. in connection with this product.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account and business information: your verified email address and name; passkey registration and device-security details; session security records; business name and website; goals, customer and market descriptions; commercial ranges; advertising, analytics, and revenue systems; spending and testing limits; and information you choose to provide. AlgoVertise does not receive the private key or biometric used by your device.
- Advertising connection information: encrypted authorization details, permissions granted, advertising account identifiers and names, account status, accounts chosen for each business, authorization times, settings, and security history.
- Public-site and attribution information: visited public pages, referring page, campaign parameters, click identifiers, device and browser details, coarse location supplied by analytics services, and limited interaction events when analytics is enabled.
- Support and review communications: messages and records created when you contact us or participate in an account review.
Do not type passwords, access tokens, sensitive personal data, consumer lists, payment-card data, health information, or regulated customer records into onboarding or support fields. Advertising account authorization happens only through the platform's secure consent flow.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure customer accounts and isolated business workspaces.
- Evaluate goals, measurement readiness, and business limits.
- Connect only the advertising accounts a business authorizes and selects.
- Understand public-site performance and acquisition sources.
- Protect the product, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and keep security and activity records.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Onboarding answers, account identifiers, and free-text responses are not sent to behavioral analytics as event properties.
4. Analytics and privacy signals
When configured, we use PostHog for limited first-party analytics on public informational pages. Session replay is disabled across the product, and pageview capture is disabled on account security, sign-in, signup, onboarding, business selection, and dashboard routes. We do not initialize analytics when the browser presents Global Privacy Control or an enabled Do Not Track signal. You may also change analytics for this browser below.
5. Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We may provide limited information to infrastructure, email-delivery, analytics, security, and communication providers that process it for us; to professional advisers; during a corporate transaction; or when required by law.
6. Advertising account connections
You may connect a supported advertising platform through its consent screen. AlgoVertise receives the authorization on the server, stores it encrypted, lists the available advertising accounts, and asks you to choose the accounts for the current business. Every business's connections and choices stay separate and can be disconnected. Disconnecting removes AlgoVertise's stored authorization for that business. You may also revoke AlgoVertise from the platform's account settings. See our data-deletion process.
7. Retention and security
We retain account, onboarding, connection, security, and activity records for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the product, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Stored platform authorization is removed when the connection is disconnected. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. U.S. privacy rights
Depending on your state and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information and to appeal certain decisions. We may need to verify your identity and authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
